## Scope

Visitor-supplied application data in the local static simulation and its browser tests.

## Three field sets

Observer input is the smallest semantic subset shown by the scenario. Deterministic policy retains authority context locally. The illustrative receipt records versioned inputs, evidence state, ordered events, and separate outcome states.

Null, unavailable, malformed, and not-invoked evidence remain distinct rather than being converted into a successful observation.

## Browser behavior

Persona and scenario choices remain in page memory. Core evidence is available without third-party scripts.
