## Canonical reconstruction

Each example freezes its canonicalization rule, schema version, logical action and attempt identifiers, normalized sample inputs, policy binding, evidence state, ordered timestamps, and outcomes.

Optional stages record not attempted, not applicable, unknown, or their actual state instead of implying success.

## Meaning of the digest

A matching SHA-256 digest shows that the declared canonical bytes recompute to the displayed value. It is a change indicator, not an identity or integrity authority.
